The Arc of Centre County is hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in their homes and throughout their Centre County communities.
We offer many other flexible scheduling options, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
💲 Starting Pay: $17/hour
➕ $1/hour stacking shift differentials available
🎉 Earn up to a $600 sign-on/stay-on bonus
Full-Time Positions are also available! Pay starts at $18/hour with $1,000 sign-on bonus.
No experience required - ALL training is PAID.
