About the Role
The Arc is seeking part-time LPNs to provide direct care to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and autism (IDD/A) in a residential/home setting.
This is a unique opportunity to slow down, build real relationships, and make a lasting impact in someone's daily life.
What You'll Do
- Provide hands-on nursing care in a home environment
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor health and coordinate care
- Support person-centered plans and daily living needs
- Collaborate with direct support staff and care teams
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania LPN license
- Interest in person-centered, community-based care
- Experience with IDD/A is a plus, but not required
