**About the Role**

The Arc is seeking part-time LPNs to provide direct care to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and autism (IDD/A) in a residential/home setting.

This is a unique opportunity to slow down, build real relationships, and make a lasting impact in someone's daily life.

**What You'll Do**

• Provide hands-on nursing care in a home environment
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor health and coordinate care
• Support person-centered plans and daily living needs
• Collaborate with direct support staff and care teams
  
  

**Qualifications**

• Active Pennsylvania LPN license
• Interest in person-centered, community-based care
• Experience with IDD/A is a plus, but not required
