You’ll help drive the growth of employment-focused ventures including landscaping, janitorial services, group employment programs, and new micro-business initiatives.

- Build and strengthen partnerships with local businesses, municipalities, and community organizations
- Identify and pursue new contract and business opportunities
- Help grow and strengthen existing employment-focused services models
- Explore new revenue-generating ventures that create employment opportunities
- Track outreach efforts, partnerships, and program outcomes to ensure continued growth
- Represent The Arc Erie County at networking events and community engagement opportunities
We are looking for a professional who is motivated, personable, and comfortable developing new opportunities and partnerships.
Preferred experience includes:
- Business development, marketing, or sales
- Vocational rehabilitation or workforce development
- Relationship management and community engagement
- Master’s degree 2 years relevant experience OR
- Bachelor’s degree 5 years relevant experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and partnerships simultaneously
- Strategic thinking and the ability to identify growth opportunities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Valid NYS Driver’s License
- Reliable transportation
