Anchor Builders is the largest ADU builder in the region and one of the fastest-growing construction companies in Orange County, with a team of 40 . We specialize in building Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) and new construction projects, and we pride ourselves on delivering quality craftsmanship and excellent customer service. We are seeking motivated Sales Representatives to help expand our business and provide our clients with tailored construction solutions.

Position Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Construction Sales Representatives at both entry-level and mid-level positions. The right candidates will have a strong passion for sales and an interest in the construction industry. Experience in ADUs and new construction is a plus but not required for entry-level candidates.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present customized proposals to clients based on their specific project needs
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and industry professionals
• Understand and communicate basic construction processes, timelines, and pricing
• Negotiate contracts, close sales, and meet or exceed sales targets
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure client satisfaction
• Follow up on leads and manage your own sales pipeline



Qualifications:

• Sales experience preferred; construction, home improvement, or real estate a plus
• Knowledge of ADUs and new construction preferred, not required for entry-level
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals a plus
