Precision Advanced Manufacturing is a Southern California-based manufacturer of complex, high-tolerance components and assemblies serving mission-critical markets including space, aerospace, defense, and precision industrial applications.
We are hiring a Salesperson to help drive new business while owning customer relationships from initial opportunity through delivery. This is a hybrid sales role for someone who can hunt for new work, manage RFQs and pipeline, and stay close to execution once business is won.
What You’ll Do
- Hunt and close new business, including target identification, RFQs, pipeline management, and bookings growth
- Own customer relationships, open order reports, delivery status, and ongoing communication
- Partner cross-functionally with Estimating, Planning, Purchasing, and Operations to ensure strong execution
What We’re Looking For
- Proven hunter with a track record of closing new business
- Experience managing customer accounts, programs, or complex orders
- Daily Salesforce CRM experience, including pipeline ownership
- Strong Excel and Outlook proficiency
- Ability to work on-site in Anaheim, CA
Preferred Experience
- Manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or precision industrial background
- MRP experience, ideally JobBOSS²
- Blueprint reading and/or GD&T knowledge
