- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue payments
- Perform collections activities on receivables greater than 150 days to support Commercial Aquatics businesses
- Perform strategic collections activities on more complex collection cases for additional Amenity Collective platforms
- Interface and track accounts that are being worked by collection agencies and legal teams
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing and payment issues
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies
- Generate and distribute customer invoices
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely customer invoicing
- Assist with revenue cycle management, including analyzing and reporting on key metrics
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Assist with month-end close activities related to accounts receivable
- Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with customers regarding billing inquiries and payment issues while maintaining critical customer relationships
- Strong technical competency in accounts receivable management including skip tracing, knowledge on collections laws and partnering with collection agencies and legal teams
- Technical accounting knowledge, including familiarity with ICD-10 codes and medical billing processes
- Attention to detail to accurately analyze financial data and identify discrepancies
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles, including debits and credits
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word)
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- 5 years of relevant experience

Salary : $80,000 - $95,000
