  • Drive Custom Solutions: Partner with your team to design and implement tailored solutions within our existing systems.
  • Plan & Execute: Establish realistic timelines and development goals, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently.
  • Improve Through Feedback: Analyze user feedback to identify and prioritize the most critical areas for improvement, driving continuous enhancement.
  • Advise & Innovate: Consult with operational managers on leveraging new technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the business.
  • Optimize Development Lifecycle: Collaborate with the team to continuously refine our testing and release management methodologies.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Leverage exceptional interpersonal skills, including relationship building and conflict management, to foster productive collaborations.

Qualifications

  • Communication Prowess: Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills that simplify complex technical information.
  • Development Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar development operational tools.
  • Strategic Prioritization: The ability to prioritize development tasks based on their tangible value to operations, accounting, sales, and human resources.
  • Tech Savvy: General technological literacy, a solid understanding of modern cloud development best practices, and specific knowledge on system integrations.
  • Data Analysis: Advanced skills for effective data processing and analysis.
  • Problem Solver: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, enabling you to identify multiple viable solutions for challenges.
  • Analytical Mind: Proven analytical skills to process and interpret large datasets.
