About the Opportunity
We're seeking a dynamic Financial Controller to take ownership of critical business functions in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment. You'll work closely with our CFO and CEO, playing a pivotal role in shaping our financial operations while gaining the experience that positions you for C-suite opportunities.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Financial Leadership & Strategy
- Lead and manage company-wide finance and accounting initiatives, including budget planning, audit coordination, and month-end close processes using U.S. GAAP
- Own financial reporting for both internal stakeholders and corporate leadership
- Develop and maintain accounting SOPs, continuously identifying improvements and implementing new processes
Accounting Operations Management
- Oversee daily accounting functions across:
- General Ledger
- Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
- Invoicing & Collections
- Fixed Assets
- Monthly Reconciliations
- Sales and Use Tax
- Lead Accounting Operations including systems optimization, goal achievement, and special project management
Revenue & Billing Operations
- Take a hands-on role in customer billing processes
- Manage monthly and annual price changes
- Oversee billing-related incentives and commission structures
Strategic Partnerships
- Serve as the primary liaison for key relationships including banking partners, landlords, vendors, and suppliers
Requirements

Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding and application of U.S. GAAP accounting principles
- Proven experience in financial management and accounting operations
- Track record of leading month-end close, audit processes, and financial reporting
- Experience with accounting systems and process optimization
