The Alsandor Law Firm is a Houston boutique devoted exclusively to Texas family law. We’re looking for a board-certified or highly experienced family law litigator who takes pride in getting the details right, and in helping others get them right too.

You won’t just carry a caseload. You’ll be the firm’s quality checkpoint and a trusted leader. You’ll review and approve work before it goes out, develop our associates and paralegals, and step in as the go-to attorney when our managing attorney is away. Your judgment will shape the work of the whole firm.

What you’ll get
$165,000 – $200,000 base salary
Production, origination, and team-leadership bonuses
Hybrid schedule (3–4 days in office)
