A Large Distribution center that cares for their employees is seeking a Shipping Administrator for a full-time temporary to permanent opportunity in Mansfield, MA.
Responsibilities of Shipping Administrator:
-Prepare and Process material Bills of Lading for outgoing shipments
-Enter tracking and other shipping data into computer
-Schedule pick-ups
-Generate and print labels for shipping
-Maintain all documents and records for shipping department
-Identify and resolve any shipping issues by communicate with carriers, drivers, and other department
-Pick/pack order and stage in shipping department
-Assist in general warehouse duties as needed
Requirements of Shipping Administrator:
-Previous shipping, receiving or warehouse logistics experience required
-Experience creating and processing Bills of Lading
-Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
-Pallet Jack & Forklift experience a plus
-Familiar with UPS, FedEX, USPS and LTL freight procedures
-Past experience with ERP and/or WMS systems
-Able to lift and move materials throughout shift
-Strong attention to detail
-Excellent communication skills
Hours: 9:00 – 5:30pm Monday-Friday
PAY RATE: $20/HR
