Qualifications/Requirements:
The ideal candidate we are seeking must possess extensive experience in designing and optimizing cyber, Information Technology (IT), and knowledge management systems in strict compliance with Air Force and DoD regulations. Candidates must demonstrate a strong capability to integrate emerging technologies to enhance application efficiency and mission performance. Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills are required to direct multi-disciplined teams, coordinate complex policies with external agencies, and build strategic relationships with senior leadership and contractor entities. Additionally, applicants must have a proven background serving as a senior technical advisor, with expertise in providing procurement oversight, executing detailed lifecycle cost analyses, and preparing robust justifications for funding submissions. Ultimately, we require a strategic problem-solver capable of leading specialized IT projects and acquisitions, resolving complex technical conflicts, and effectively briefing executive management on comprehensive long- and short-range strategic IT plans.

This may be a designated Drug Testing Position.
Expert knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques of IT assessment, planning, management, monitoring, and evaluation as well as knowledge of the principles, methods, or tools for developing, scheduling, coordinating, managing IT projects and resources, monitoring and inspecting costs, work, and contractor performance.
Knowledge of the principles, methods, and tools for the coordinated management of IT programs.
Provide oversight of multiple IT projects, integrating dependent schedules and deliverables, and related activities such as life cycle management and program governance.
Knowledge of concepts, practices, and techniques used to identify, engage, influence and monitor relationships with individuals and groups connected to IT work/development efforts.
Must obtain APDP Engineering Technical Management Level 1 Foundational and Level 2 Practitioner certifications within the required training period and maintain continuous learning points.
As a condition of employment, the incumbent is required to achieve and maintain foundational and residential qualifications in the specified Department of Defense Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) work roles and proficiency levels, IAW DAFMAN 17-1305, DAF Cyberspace Workforce Management Program. Failure to achieve these qualifications may result in reassignment, reclassification, or separation from employment.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
