Responsibilities
- Design wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes for web-based platforms
- Apply user-centered design principles to improve usability and overall experience
- Support user research initiatives and usability testing efforts
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders
- Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI standards
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Create and maintain documentation and training resources (written guides and videos) to support front-end development standards and design best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience demonstrated through a portfolio
- A strong UX/UI portfolio showcasing design process and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Solid understanding of UX principles and accessibility considerations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
