Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including requisition creation, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Ensure the timely hiring of high-quality candidates to support the organization’s current and future business needs.
- Proactively source and attract candidates through job postings, networking, referrals, and talent pipeline development.
- Conduct behavioral-based interviews and evaluate candidates against role requirements and organizational culture.
- Coordinate interviews and recruitment logistics while ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience.
- Manage pre-employment processes, including reference checks, background screenings, and offer documentation.
- Represent and promote the Agora brand to prospective candidates through networking, events, and recruiting initiatives.
- Plan and support recruiting events and talent outreach efforts to build strong candidate pipelines.
- Maintain consistent communication with hiring managers regarding candidate progress, interview feedback, and hiring timelines.
- Support employer branding initiatives, including social media recruiting content and talent marketing efforts.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth and engaging transition into the organization.
- Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and hiring SLAs to support continuous improvement.
- Assist with HR programs and initiatives that support the broader employee lifecycle.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers across multiple departments.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral-based interviewing techniques.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with UKG (Ultimate Software) or another applicant tracking system (ATS) preferred.
- Ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies for a variety of professional roles.
