About the Role
As a Recruiter, you’ll play a critical role in supporting both job seekers and clients across multiple industries. This is a hands‑on, full‑cycle recruiting position where your ability to assess talent quickly, communicate clearly, and manage priorities will directly influence business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Source, interview, and place candidates across multiple job functions while maintaining an active pipeline of qualified talent
- Conduct talent calls, interviews, interview preparation, onboarding, and orientations
- Complete all required pre‑employment processes, including applications, background checks, drug screens, I‑9s, W‑4s, and related documentation
- Manage temporary associates on assignment, including performance coaching, attendance issues, and terminations when necessary
- Partner closely with clients by marketing candidates, providing updates on recruiting activity, and visiting job sites to fully understand client needs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the company’s ATS/CRM and assist with payroll, pay rates, and assignment updates
What We’re Looking For
- Recruiting or staffing experience preferred; experience in sales or service‑oriented roles strongly valued
- Background working in a performance‑driven environment with goals, metrics, or KPIs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑changing environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Word; experience with an ATS or CRM is a plus
