The Commercial Account Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to commercial clients by managing day-to-day account activities, strengthening carrier relationships, and delivering high-touch service across a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts
- Build, strengthen, and enrich relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and internal team members
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, policy servicing needs, and account management activities
- Discuss coverage options, pricing strategies, and risk management solutions with clients and prospects
- Partner with producers and service teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Coordinate policy renewals, endorsements, and account documentation
- Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions and account activity
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve client retention and account growth
- Provide consultative guidance to clients regarding insurance coverages and risk management strategies
- Support a collaborative, team-focused environment while delivering high-quality service
Required Qualifications:
- Active California Property & Casualty License required
- Minimum of 3 years of commercial insurance experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage commercial insurance accounts and client relationships
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance coverages and risk management principles
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and documentation practices
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments

Compensation & Benefits:
