Overview
We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Administrative Assistant who brings strong Executive Assistant instincts. This role goes beyond basic administrative tasks—you’ll act as a strategic partner, helping keep operations running smoothly while anticipating needs, solving problems, and supporting leadership with discretion and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel with attention to priorities and time sensitivity
- Serve as a gatekeeper and point of contact, handling communications on behalf of leadership with professionalism and sound judgment
- Prepare, edit, and organize documents, presentations, and reports
- Coordinate meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-ups
- Track tasks, deadlines, and key projects to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion
- Support day-to-day office operations, including vendor coordination, supplies, and general administrative needs
- Anticipate challenges and proactively solve problems before they arise
- Assist with special projects and cross-functional coordination as needed
