Responsibilities for a Sr Recruiter include but are not limited to:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Distribution, Operations, and Customer Success positions
- Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates throughout the hiring process
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to support staffing priorities and recruiting strategies
- Utilize ATS systems, scheduling tools, and recruiting platforms to manage candidate pipelines and reporting
Candidates for Sr Recruiter must meet the following requirements to be considered:
- 6–10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting software sales and distribution-related roles
- Strong experience partnering with hiring managers and executives in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Experience using ATS systems, sourcing tools, and recruiting technologies
