Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a leading manufacturing client to find a full-time Occupational Health & Safety Coordinator in the Lebanon, TN area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct safety inspections, audits, hazard assessments, and risk evaluations
- Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions
- Maintain OSHA-required documentation, safety records, and compliance reporting
- Support EHS programs, training initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts
- Assist with emergency response, first aid, workers’ compensation, and return-to-work coordination
- Track safety metrics, maintain documentation, and support reporting activities
- Partner with Operations and HR teams to promote a strong safety culture throughout the facility
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in Industrial Safety, EHS, Occupational Health, Nursing, or a related field
- Manufacturing or industrial environment experience preferred
- OSHA 30 certification required (or ability to obtain)
- CPR/First Aid certification required
- Experience with incident investigations, audits, and corrective action tracking
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Client is unable to sponsor or transfer employment visas at this time.

Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
