Paint Maintenance Technician
Are you an experienced maintenance professional with a strong background in industrial robotics and automated manufacturing equipment? We are seeking a skilled Paint Maintenance Technician to help maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the reliability of automated paint-line systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on automated paint-line equipment
- Troubleshoot robotic systems, electrical controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical components
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and equipment reliability efforts
- Maintain maintenance records, technical documentation, and spare-parts inventories
What We're Looking For
✅ Industrial robotics experience (REQUIRED)
✅ Experience troubleshooting automated manufacturing equipment
✅ Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance skills
✅ Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
✅ Experience maintaining large-scale production equipment
✅ Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
✅ Technical training or maintenance certification preferred
📅 Candidates must be flexible to support multiple shifts, weekends, and on-call requirements as needed.
⚠️ Robotics experience is a firm requirement. Candidates without hands-on industrial robotics experience will not be considered.
