Adecco Permanent Recruitment is partnering with a leading law firm in Chicago to hire a Client Development Manager. This is a strategic, high-visibility role serving as a trusted advisor to attorneys and firm leadership, leading pitches/RFPs and driving client growth and relationship expansion.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with attorneys and practice leaders to drive client growth
- Develop and execute business development and marketing strategies
- Lead pitches, proposals, and RFP responses from concept through delivery
- Identify opportunities for client expansion, cross-selling, and new business
- Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to support growth initiatives
- Drive visibility through thought leadership, events, and industry engagement
- Support high-impact client meetings and presentations
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7 years of marketing/business development experience in a law practice or legal services environment
- Experience supporting litigation practices and working with attorneys/partners.
- Proven experience leading pitches, proposals, and RFP responses
- Exceptional writing skills with experience creating client-facing marketing and pursuit materials
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role
