Early Career Structural Designer - Revit - Hybrid Schedule

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's or Associate's with 1 year of experience
• Training: Completed formal coursework in Computer-Aided Drafting and Design (CADD).
• Structural Experience: Minimum of 1 years of drafting/design experience specifically within the structural engineering field.
• Software Proficiency: Minimum of 1 year of professional experience using Revit.
• Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Capability: Demonstrated readiness to work independently on routine tasks without step-by-step instruction.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Modeling & Design: Develop detailed 3D structural models in Revit based on verbal instructions, rough sketches, or preliminary engineering data.
• Documentation: Produce comprehensive structural plans and detail sets that adhere to strict department and client standards.
• Ownership: Manage assigned workloads independently, ensuring all project milestones and commitments are met within the defined scope.
