Responsibilities: Evaluates and processes purchase requests, manages competitive solicitations, develops procurement procedures, and supports contract administration. Provides administrative and confidential support to management, assists with procurement documentation, and ensures adherence to procurement policies. Offers guidance and training to staff on purchasing systems and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills: Knowledge of vendor management, procurement laws, and software systems like MFMP/AOD and PWorks. Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills are essential. Preferred experience with procurement platforms.
Additional Duties: Supports fiscal operations such as monitoring transactions and billing, and participates in staff training. Ensures compliance and efficiency in procurement processes to support departmental goals.
