Qualifications & Skills: 10 years in managing complex cross-functional initiatives, with 8 years in the Life & Annuity industry. Strong stakeholder management, governance, and risk management skills. Experience with Agile, hybrid, and predictive delivery models. Preferred PMP certification and experience with enterprise transformation and AI-enabled delivery.
