Role: Lear 45 Pilot in Command (PIC) responsible for safely operating Lear 45 aircraft, leading a team including Second In Command and medical personnel to provide emergency and patient transport services.

- Ensure aircraft readiness and compliance with regulations and company standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation, load manifests, and shift records.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, crew, and ground personnel.
- Collaborate with medical teams to ensure safe transport.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain certifications through ongoing training.
- ATP Multi-Engine certification; Lear 45 Type Rating preferred.
- Minimum 3,000 flight hours, including 500 multi-engine and 1,500 PIC hours.
- Current FAA First Class Medical and valid driver’s license.
- Experience serving as PIC under IFR, preferably with recent Lear 45 or Alaska Part 135 experience.
- Willingness to reside within two hours of Anchorage International Airport and respond promptly when on duty.
- Ability to work in outside weather conditions and various shifts, including night and overnight.
- Physical capability to perform duties such as deicing and aircraft maneuvering.
