- Manage the full product lifecycle, including new development, enhancements, and end-of-life transitions.
- Drive profitable growth and market share by overseeing a ~$300M P&L, influencing pricing and investments.
- Leverage customer insights, market research, and competitive intelligence to shape product offerings.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely, quality product delivery and successful commercialization.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement within high-performing product teams.
- Bachelor’s degree; advanced degrees preferred.
- At least 12 years of experience in commercial, product, or marketing roles within complex B2B industrial manufacturing.
- Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and influencing global strategies.
- Strong financial acumen, strategic planning, and hands-on execution skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office, CRM tools, and data analytics platforms like Power BI.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
- Industry experience in sectors such as Food & Beverage, Materials Handling, or Industrial Equipment is preferred.
- Advanced degrees (MS, MBA).
- Experience with Agile product management, stage-gate processes, and product line simplification.
