Certified Athletic Trainer - Full -Time Industrial Setting - Worksteps
No Nights or Weekends ATC position!
We are seeking a highly motivated Certified Athletic Trainer to join our team! This position plays a key role in supporting employee health, injury prevention, and occupational wellness within an industrial environment.
Position Responsibilities
- Participate in case management and early injury intervention programs
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive injury prevention initiatives
- Provide job coaching and employee education on safe work practices
- Conduct ergonomic assessments and make recommendations to reduce injury risks
- Perform postural and body mechanics evaluations
- Facilitate successful return-to-work programs for injured employees
- Collect and track program utilization data, outcomes, and metrics
- Prepare cost comparison analyses and reporting
- Maintain accurate injury records and documentation
- Support wellness and injury prevention program promotions
- Conduct WorkSTEPS post-offer employment testing
Schedule
- Full -Time: 40 hours per week
- Monday through Friday - Some early morning coverage is required
- No weekends or holidays

Required Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Current BOC Certification
- Current Wisconsin Athletic Trainer License
- Current CPR/AED and First Aid Certification
