We are seeking a full time Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant. We will consider a part time or PRN candidate!

Therapist Job Duties:
- Provide Physical Therapy consultation and services to our patients
- Educate patients and caregivers of safe rehabilitation practices
- Complete your weekly documentation using the Raintree EMR
- Comply with all state and federal guidelines for PT
