Role: The New Model Cost Project Lead manages new model projects, including BEV, ensuring they meet cost and investment targets.
Responsibilities: Lead full project management, identify and resolve development issues, communicate cost data effectively, and prepare presentations for management. Oversee BOM structures and cost reporting, monitor project progress, and support negotiation of project activities. Maintain budgets and manage plan versus actual evaluations.
Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related fields preferred; 8 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of BOM, GML system, and GSR policies is required.
Key Duties: Lead cross-functional teams, develop project timelines, establish cost structures, and support negotiations. Make decisions on activity timing, budgets, and project reporting. Maintain a hybrid work environment with occasional travel and OT.
