IAM Delivery Lead

This role is for a Lead Specialist, IAM Delivery Manager within a Managed Services practice focused on cybersecurity and identity access management (IAM).

Responsibilities include

• coordinating and overseeing Cyber Managed Services delivery, ensuring quality and compliance
• monitoring engagement progress, reporting issues, risks, and opportunities
• building strong client and team relationships to support engagement success and identify new opportunities
• collaborating with technical leads to assign skilled staff, providing coaching, and promoting professional growth
• adhering to policies on workpapers, independence, and information security, and keeping management informed of engagement status
• upholding professionalism, integrity, and a respectful work environment
  
  

Qualifications include a minimum of five years management experience in IDM or cybersecurity, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions and IDM processes.

Skills required are excellent communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, and the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
