Qualifications & Skills
- At least 6 months experience in utilities, electrical, customer service, or military service.
- Ability to obtain a Class A CDL; CDL preferred at hire, with training provided.
- Physical ability to climb poles, dig, lift up to 50 pounds frequently, and work outdoors in various conditions.
- Strong attention to safety, detail, communication, and teamwork.
- Basic knowledge of telecom products; experience in directional drilling is a plus.
- Comprehensive safety, CDL, fiber splicing, and construction equipment training.
