Automotive Technician

Role: The Senior Automotive Technician diagnoses, repairs, and maintains customer vehicles following dealership and manufacturer standards.

Key Duties

• Perform diagnostics and repairs based on certifications and experience.
• Execute multi-point inspections and detailed repairs efficiently and accurately.
• Communicate technical issues and repair recommendations clearly to customers and staff.
• Advise on necessary services to ensure vehicle safety and performance, documenting all findings.
• Follow safety protocols and report hazards; work flexible schedules including Saturdays.
• Adhere to company policies and core values.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous automotive technician/mechanic experience or ASE certifications.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and computerized equipment.
• Valid driver’s license; at least 18 years old; high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in varied environments with exposure to dust, fumes, and noise.
• Physical ability to stand for long hours, bend, lift up to 70 pounds, and perform manual tasks.
• Strong communication skills and full range of motion.
