Production Associate - Cycle Counter, 3rd Shift
Primary Job Function:
Count and adjust inventory in ERP/MRP system. Accomplish any and all work assignments as directed by management.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Perform counts as scheduled
- Perform recounts as directed
- Reconcile labels and on hand inventory
- Record warehouse concerns (i.e., misplaced product, misplaced labels and safety concerns)
- Create labels as directed by management
- Enter and update dates of counts
- Investigate inventory discrepancy and report to Manager
- Commitment/adherence to Department cross training as needed
- Additional duties as assigned by Manager
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic Math and computer skills (i.e., MS Office – Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of ERP/MRP functions
- Must have a valid Fork Truck license and/or be willing to obtain a license
- Must be able to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
Internal Training Requirements or Equivalent:
- ERP System Training
Health, Safety and Physical Demand Requirements:
- Ability to walk, sit or stand for extensive periods of time
- Able to stand for 8 hours or more
- Frequent lifting up to 25 lbs. and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Occasional lifting, climbing, carrying, pushing, pulling, griping, grasping, bending and reaching
- Ability to work in office and manufacturing environment
