Production Associate 3rd Shift

We are actively hiring for the position of Production Associate, 3rd Shift, for our plant in Wixom, MI.

Shift: 3rd Shift, Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform production tasks accurately and efficiently according to established standards.
• Always follow safety procedures and quality requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Identify and report issues related to quality, materials, equipment, or workflow.
• Use inventory and tracking systems correctly when required.
• Support other departments or production areas as needed to meet deadlines.
• Participate in training and continuous improvement activities.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Help protect production flow by completing work on time and minimizing rework.
• Report on working on time and maintaining regular, reliable attendance
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to use small hand tools.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills
• Attention to detail.
• Must be able to read, write, speak & understand English.
• Effective communication with management and co-workers.
