We have partnered on a Regional Vice President of Operations role with a large Ophthalmology network across the US who are constantly growing and acquiring leading practices.
To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements:
- 8 years experience in a medical field or healthcare practice including high level management roles
- Managing multi site operations including financial, physician led and leadership skills
- Based or willing to relocate to the West Coast
Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Implementing leadership of clinical managers and collaborating with doctors to ensure high level operational and patient care maintained
- Full fiscal responsibilities of P&L, budgeting and financial reporting
- Build relationships across the network to promote streamlined operations and coordination between clinics and ASC's
