Regional Manager - CT/NJ/NY

We have partnered with a well-established OSO which, due to this companies continued national growth, are looking to hire a Regional Manager based in CT, NJ or NY.
Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Coach, develop, and mentor Practice Managers
- Lead strategic planning and decision making within region
- Oversight of regional & practice performance and operations, including daily, weekly, monthly and annual metrics
To be considered for this role you must meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with minimum of 5 years’ experience in a leadership role
- Experience in orthodontics/dental/healthcare industry preferred, but not required
- Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies
- Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills

Salary : $100,000 - $135,000
