Responsibilities:

Full-CycleAccounting

  • ManageAccountsPayable&Receivable
  • Performbankandaccountreconciliations
  • Supportmonth-endcloseandfinancialreporting
  • MaintainaccurateP&Ltrackingandfinancialvisibility

Operations&FinancialInsight

  • Trackrevenueacrossmultiplestreams(installs,wholesale,eCommerce)
  • Reconcilepurchaseorders,invoices,andinventoryactivity
  • Identifyandresolvediscrepanciesandmissingtransactions
  • Provideinsightintocashflow,margins,andexpenses

TeamCollaboration

  • WorkdirectlywiththeController
  • ActasaliaisontooffshoreAPteam
  • Helpimproveprocessesasthecompanycontinuesscaling


Requirements:

Must-Haves

  • 5 yearsofaccountingexperience
  • Experienceinahigh-volumeenvironment
  • Comfortablehandlingmultiplerevenuestreams
  • Strongattentiontodetailwiththeabilitytomovequickly

NicetoHave

  • NetSuiteexperience(highlypreferred)
  • Inventory,jobcosting,orproduct-basedaccounting
  • Experienceinsmallbusinessorentrepreneurialenvironments
