Job Title: Project Manager Commercial Construction
Location: Boise, ID
Overview:
Join a high-performing, mid-sized General Contractor delivering complex tenant improvement and ground-up commercial projects across a strong and growing pipeline. Youll lead multiple projects end-to-end, drive financial performance, and partner directly with field leadership to execute at a high level.
This role is built for a business-minded PM who thrives in an accountable, no-ego environment. Youll manage 35 projects simultaneously (916-month timelines), own budgets and schedules, and play a key role in profitability, client relationships, and team development.

Requirements:
- 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
- Experience managing both tenant improvement (TI) and ground-up projects
- Proven full financial ownership of projects (pay apps, budgets, cost control, change orders)
- Strong scheduling and project lifecycle management experience
- Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating with field teams
- Background with a small to mid-sized General Contractor preferred
- Bachelors degree preferred (flexible based on experience)
- Strong leadership, mentorship, and communication skills
- Team-first mindset: humble, accountable, and coachable
