WhatYou'llBeDoing:
Construction&ProjectAccounting
- ManageallAIAbilling,progressbilling,andprojectinvoicingactivities.
- Trackcontractvalues,changeorders,retainage,andbillingschedules.
- PartnercloselywithProjectManagerstoensureaccurateprojectfinancialtracking.
- Monitorapproximately20activeconstructionprojectsrangingfrom$2M-$5M.
- Maintainprojectaccountingrecordsandsupportjobcostingefforts.
- Prepareandsubmitdetailedcustomerbillingpackages.
CorporateAccounting&Bookkeeping
- ManageAccountsPayableandAccountsReceivable.
- Performbankreconciliationsandmaintaincashmanagementprocesses.
- Processpayrollandpayroll-relatedreporting.
- Preparestatetaxfilingsandsupportcompliancerequirements.
- Assistwithmonth-endandyear-endaccountingactivities.
- CoordinatewithexternalCPApartnersandsupportaudit/bondingrequirements.
RequiredQualifications:
- 5 yearsofconstructionaccountingexperience.
- StrongexperiencewithAIABillingandProgressBilling.
- Experiencemanagingchangeordersandprojectbilling.
- Musthavehands-onQuickBooksexperience
- StrongMicrosoftExcelskills.
- Backgroundworkinginasmallcompanyenvironment.
- Comfortablewearingmultiplehatsandworkingindependently.
- Highlyorganized,detail-oriented,andself-motivated.
