Location: Lorton, VA (Onsite Only)

Full-Time | $70,000$75,000/year Discretionary Bonus, generous benefits, PTO and holidays are paid

This role is perfect for someone with a strong AP background who can hit the ground running, manage high-volume invoices, and support key financial functions in a fast-paced office environment.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Manage$12 million/monthin AP transactions
• HandleAIA billingandlien releases
• Support generaloffice accounting functions
• UtilizeConstruction Partnerssoftware for AP processing
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate payments

What Were Looking For:

Must-Haves:

• 3 years of AP experience
  
• Prior exposure toconstruction accountingis highly preferred
• Familiarity withAIA billingand lien release workflows
• Self-sufficient and organized can work with minimal training
• Comfortable workingonsitefull-time in Lorton, VA
• No degree required we value experience over credentials

Nice to Have:

• Experience in theconstruction industry(commercial or residential)
• Proficiency withConstruction Partnersor similar accounting software
