About the Role:
An award-winning residential hardscape company based in Lincoln, MA has an immediate opening for a Project Manager. The company has been building high-quality, enduring residential projects since 2003 and is seeking a dedicated, motivated project manager who shares a passion for creating beautiful hardscapes.
Qualifications:
• Landscape construction and/or 3–5 years of experience with site preparation and grading, concrete pavers, natural stone and/or masonry work, and job/crew management
• Hardscape construction experience with a high level of competency in site layout, grading, blueprint reading, project administration, and problem solving
• Well organized, detail-oriented, highly motivated, and a strong communicator
• Must have a can-do approach
Responsibilities Include:
• Coordination and supervision of multiple residential installation crews across multiple locations
• Ensuring client satisfaction
• Training and motivating crews
• Maintaining strict quality standards on projects
• Visiting job sites daily and interfacing with homeowners
• Managing projects to successful completion within cost and time estimates
• Interfacing with sales consultants and office administration
