Job Summary:
Responsible for performing clerical and administrative duties in an office setting, which may include customer service, basic word processing, data entry, filing and organizing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Essential Duties and Responsibilities are intended to present a descriptive list of the range of duties performed for this position and are not intended to reflect all duties performed within the job. Other duties may be assigned.
Ø Answering phones, direct calls and take messages.
Ø Communication with customers and employees.
Ø Dispatch rovers or supervisors for timely response to complaints or requests for service.
Ø Keep management informed of incoming complaints and service calls.
Ø Maintain a daily log of all service calls, dispatches and outcomes.
Customer Service:
Must conduct company business with confidentiality, privacy, dignity, professionalism, courtesy,
compassion, politeness and respect towards patients, visitors, staff, and co-workers.
General Requirements:
Ø Must wear uniform and comply with all departmental work rules.
Ø Must have knowledge of all department policies and procedures.
Ø Must be willing to assist in the event of an emergency at the facility.
Ø Will receive training in disaster preparedness and must be prepared to respond.
