Responsibilities
- Identify key Commercial Distributors in assigned Region and execute Agreements to formalize these relationships.
- Own assigned Region and create compelling growth strategies that contribute to company level differentiation targeted at driving Commercial growth.
- Lead Commercial Distributor sales teams in way that delivers commercial vehicle and connectivity growth across all commercial verticals.
- Leverage Global Strategic and Government Accounts to expand market share
- Travel extensively throughout Region to model the way and elevate Commercial Distributor Performance.
- Continuously monitor competitive influence to ensure proper strategic positioning.
- Ensure all sales are properly routed through company fulfilment system in a timely and systematic manner, while ensuring order quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient execution and provide voice of customer feedback.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, annual, and other financial metrics that are aligned to the Annual Operating Plan.
- Work daily in SalesForce CRM system to ensure data accuracy with commercial pipeline, contacts, activities, and other information.
- Complete all monthly reporting, pipeline, and forecasting requirements.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related discipline required; MBA Preferred.
- Years of experience: 3 or more years of experience in business development, channel partner relationships, or other relevant roles required.
- Must have exceptional communication (written and verbal), presentation, and leadership skills
- Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office and SalesForce
- Must possess a valid drivers license and must comply with TSV Pool, Fleet, and DOT policies
