Responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of E-Commerce applications and related processes.
- Lead organizational improvements for Salesforce and E-Commerce platforms.
- Contribute to cross-functional project teams, working with new tools, interfaces, and workflows.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., brand, sales, product development, account management, finance, sales ops, customer service) to identify and resolve process and customer experience gaps.
- Deliver training and maintain user guides for both internal users and external customers.
- Manage and document quality assurance and user testing for Salesforce and E-Commerce enhancements.
- Partner with customer-facing teams to triage issues and provide ongoing user and operational support.
- Monitor and resolve daily integration errors between Salesforce, E-Commerce, and ERP systems; maintain logs for issue tracking and root cause analysis.
- Identify and document process gaps that impact the customer experience, raising red flags where corrective action is needed.
