Responsibilities
- Provide concierge-type service to high priority accounts to facilitate customer support for general questions on parts and accessories order status, account activity, warranty information, and technical service.
- Answer and log a high volume of calls and emails from customers to provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer questions and product knowledge requests.
- Partner with the Customer Service team to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations.
- Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
- Maintain account information in CRM system including logging all calls.
- Assume responsibility and accountability for assignments and tasks.
- Convey information to customers using professional telephone and effective business writing skills with an excellent grasp of grammar.
- Exhibit solid interpersonal skills and maintain composure when faced with difficult situations and personalities.
- Contribute to team goals and perform other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma Required, Associates degree preferred
- Years of Experience: Cleroff3- 4 or more years relevant experience required/ Cleroff4- 6 or more years of relevant experience required
- Software Knowledge: Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Suite
