Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or GED required, 2 year technical or industry related degree preferred.
Years of Experience: 2 or more years of experience required
Additional Requirements
ASE certification is a plus, ability to read blueprints.

Responsibilities
- Identify root cause of non-conformance and communicate findings to the production line.
- Participate in quality and efficiency improvement activities.
- Complete all assignments according to development schedules, cost objectives and management directions.
- Assure confidentiality and security of sensitive designs, costing, test data, prototype models, and product plans.
- Identify new products and features that improve customer satisfaction, reduce costs, and keep the production line at the forefront of the industry.
- Disassemble and assemble engines without damaging or losing components.
- Ride and evaluate carts to assess performance.
