As a Consumer Loan Officer, you will:
- Be passionate about building relationships with members and meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets!
- Originate high quality consumer loans, including personal, credit card, and other consumer lending products.
- Identify cross‑sell opportunities and match members with products that support their financial well‑being.
- Communicate promptly with borrowers conducting business via telephone, chat, text, and email.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly production and sales goals with a focus on accuracy and compliance. You will have high goals to meet. But trust us - meeting those high expectations come with high rewards.
- Ensure loan applications are complete, accurate, and submitted in a timely manner.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of credit union lending policies, product details, and regulatory requirements.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Experience in consumer lending, loan origination, or financial sales.
- Strong communication skills and a service‑first mindset.
- Ability to work independently, manage a pipeline, and consistently hit performance targets.
- Comfort with technology, digital lending tools, and remote communication.

Compensation & Benefits:
- To support your early success, you’ll receive a $1,500 monthly stipend for your first three months while you build your pipeline.
- Competitive base salary uncapped monthly incentives (typical performers earn $2,700 per month in incentives; top performers earn significantly more).
- Remote work flexibility after completing required onsite training at headquarters.
