What You’ll Actually Do

• Originate residential purchase and refinance loans (no surprises there.)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with realtors, builders, doctors, CPA’s, Wealth Advisors/Financial Planners…coffee shop baristas, golf cart bar servers; or any other referral partners who can introduce you to potential leads.
• Educate and guide borrowers with confidence, clarity, and a calm demeanor (even when the appraisal doesn’t cooperate.)
• Manage your pipeline like the professional you are – with a team that helps, not hinders.
• Hit production goals that make sense and get rewarded for them.

What We’re Looking For

• 2 years of mortgage origination experience (purchase -heavy preferred.)
• Proven Ability to self-source and close loans
• Strong knowledge of Jumbo market, relationships in the medical community, as well as conventional, FHA, & VA loan programs.
• If you have: connections in luxury real estate and are familiar with Jumbo loans, or relationships in the medical community, you could do really well!
• Professional reputation you’re proud of.
• Someone who believes that caring about clients will earn you a good living.
