Texas Oncology is looking for a dedicated and professional PMO Coordinator to join our Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO). This hybrid position supports our mission of delivering compassionate, evidence-based cancer care by ensuring effective project intake, governance coordination, and consistent reporting across our enterprise initiatives.
Key Responsibilities• Manage and track new project intake requests, ensuring completeness and alignment with intake criteria.
• Schedule and coordinate governance meetings, including calendar invites, agendas, and logistics.
• Prepare and maintain governance slide decks and supporting materials for leadership review.
• Ensure consistent and timely reporting across all active projects, including status updates and risk tracking.
• Maintain and update project tracking tools, dashboards, and documentation in Smartsheet and Microsoft Office.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment and visibility across initiatives.
• Support process improvement initiatives within the EPMO to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience; healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Strong interest in project management and enterprise-level operations.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
• Experience with Smartsheet or similar project tracking tools.
• Exceptional organizational and administrative skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
