Nurse Manager – Surgical Services
Location: Arlington, TX
Schedule: Full-time | Mixed Shifts | Rotating Weekends
Salary Range: $84,843 – $127,275 annually (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000

Overview:
A full-service healthcare facility in Arlington is hiring a Nurse Manager of Surgical Services to lead its Operating Room (OR) team. This role is ideal for an experienced OR nurse leader with strong clinical knowledge in surgical nursing and a passion for excellence in patient care and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality nursing care within the Operating Room
Oversee daily OR operations, scheduling, staffing, and clinical practice standards
Develop and monitor departmental policies, performance goals, and fiscal accountability
Serve as liaison between the OR and administration, medical staff, and other departments
Collaborate with educators and directors to coordinate training, budgeting, and evaluations
Lead performance evaluations, professional development, and team engagement initiatives
Qualifications:
Active Texas RN license (or compact license)
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required
Minimum 5 years of RN experience in the OR
At least 2 years of acute care leadership experience in surgical services
BLS (AHA or Red Cross) required
CNOR preferred
Strong surgical nursing knowledge and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
